Overview

CodeBricks built InTune Bio, a collaboration platform that helps clinical trial sponsors and research sites connect faster, compare fit with structured profiles, and move through a guided engagement lifecycle from discovery to site selection. Sponsors publish studies, sites publish capability profiles, and both sides work through invitations, proposals, feasibility review, shortlisting, and onboarding with messaging and documents tied to each study-site match.

01

The Challenge

Clinical trial startup depends on finding the right sites quickly, but coordination often fragments across email, spreadsheets, and ad hoc calls. Sponsors struggle to compare sites on consistent criteria. Sites miss opportunities because study requirements are unclear or buried in threads. Without a shared workflow, teams lose visibility into stage, next actions, and who owns each decision from first match through final selection.

02

Research & Strategy

We designed InTune Bio around structured discovery, intelligent matching, and a lifecycle both sides can follow. Sponsors and sites onboard with role-based access tied to their organization. Study and site listings use draft, review, and publish flows so data stays comparable. The platform scores study-site fit with InSite Score, organizes matches by stage, and gives each match its own collaboration space for messages and documents plus in-app and email notifications for status changes.

03

The Solution

Role-based onboarding for sponsors and clinical research sites with organization-scoped access
Structured study listings with eligibility, timeline, objectives, and supporting documentation
Site capability profiles covering performance, capacity, demographics, and operational readiness
Draft, review, and publish workflow for both study and site listings
Intelligent matching with InSite Score to prioritize high-fit study-site pairs
Lifecycle tracking across matched, invitations, proposals, feasibility, shortlisted, selected, and archived
Sponsor path: invite sites, evaluate proposals, confirm feasibility, shortlist, and select participants
Site path: view matches, respond to invitations, submit proposals with budget estimates, and track outcomes
Per-match messaging and secure document upload, share, rename, archive, and permission-based management
In-app and email notifications for messages, status updates, and document activity
Centralized collaboration so communication stays tied to study–site context, not scattered inboxes
