Linesheets faced four interconnected challenges in their product catalog management workflow. First, a time-consuming manual process.catalog updates were done by hand, consuming significant time and introducing errors that undermined accuracy and team productivity. Second, difficulty customizing catalogs.tailoring product layouts to fit specific brand requirements was a laborious, technically demanding process that required considerable effort for every iteration. Third, slow rendering of large datasets.as product catalogs grew, performance degraded significantly, resulting in a sluggish system that frustrated users and slowed operations. Fourth, unreliable PDF generation.the client needed a fast, dependable method to generate polished PDF linesheets and distribute them to stakeholders, which their existing workflow could not reliably deliver.

CodeBricks began by mapping Linesheets' end-to-end catalog workflow, from data sourcing through to stakeholder delivery, to identify every manual touchpoint and performance bottleneck. We designed a full-stack solution using NestJS on the backend for a robust, scalable API layer, and ReactJS on the frontend for a fluid, intuitive user experience. Platform integrations with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and WooCommerce were architected early to ensure the data syncing layer was reliable and extensible. Performance optimization was treated as a first-class concern throughout development, ensuring the system could handle extensive product catalogs without degradation. PDF generation via Puppeteer was built into the core workflow to make sharing seamless.
